The GM-3019 is a commercial seated abdominal trainer. It is a special product for exercising abdominal muscles. Classic Life Fitness shape design, the gantry is in the shape of an n, which highlights the elegance of Life Fitness. Adjustable seat for all heights, hands on the armrests, elbow rests and elbow pads to bend the torso forward. Weights impart resistance, allowing the proper load to be adjusted to everyone’s needs.
